Christmas & after is esp hard cause everyone is trying to get rid of their treats by bringing them into work! I always think it's funny when I have been eating something I think is healthy (tuna fish & crackers) till I read the label and discover nope it's just as bad as the chips I would have enjoyed more anyway. :P I totally have a sweet tooth.
